Too early to say, but the number is probably exaggerated (at the least).

Much of Sullivan’s order hinged on postal data showing roughly 300,000 mail-in ballots in several states had not received scans showing they had been delivered. The agency has disputed the accuracy of the figure, saying it has pushed to ensure same-day local delivery of ballots by circumventing certain processing steps entirely, leaving them without the final delivery scan.

“Defendants are working as expeditiously as possible to comply with this Court’s orders while recognizing physical and operational limitations and the need to avoid disrupting key activities on Election Day,” Justice Department lawyers representing the Postal Service wrote.

The judge accepted the agency’s response but set a Wednesday hearing “to discuss the apparent lack of compliance with the court’s order.”

I noticed that. Here in Wisconsin, Trump was ahead by 120,000 votes with 81% of the votes reported. Then when it got up to 99% overnight, Trump was suddenly behind by 20,000. I fully expect to see the same with the remaining states he's leading in.

I'm not entirely on the same bandwagon regarding the USPS that the OP is, but there's a big gap between Biden's typically-poor wording and:

1.) Trump's installing a booster as Postmaster General
2.) That PMG swiftly enacting a bunch of "efficiency" measures that torpedo on-time delivery rates in the run-up to an election.
3.) That PMG refusing to abide by a court order to do an earlier-than-normal sweep of facilities to ensure that no ballots have been lost - a court order intended to enable those ballots to be received by certain deadlines.
4.) Trump repeatedly, publicly seeking to undermine confidence in the validity of mail-in votes.

Trump asked for a freeze on voting as soon as he saw he was ahead in key states. He wanted to be declared the winner before most of the votes were counted. He was confused about the limits of his authority. He was not able to remember the letter of the law.

...yea, if this report of "lost ballots" is based on missing delivery scans, that is not an accurate measurement....

Once ballots are generated an put in with the others, there's no way to know which ones were done by voters, and which ones were created by fraudulent means and then put in with the others. The fact that ballots are being counted in numbers greater than the number of registered voters is a clear indication of fraud.

All 4 of those points you bring are all reactions to evidence that there is fraud against Trump working for Biden.

I would like to stop cheaters also by placing in measures. You would too. The NFL has referees to stop players from cheating. Should we complain about that?

Mail in IS unreliable. My wife has coworkers that bragged about their friends getting ballots in previous states they lived in, and voted in both states. They though it was funny my wife said. She could only take them at their word since there is no evidence.

Now apply that situation on a larger scale.

This is great to hear. Now that we know how many votes are still needed in those states we will be able to find the ballots with those votes. It's all worth the noble effort of getting Trump out of office.

No they aren't. You're just making that up. #1-3 happened independent of anything involving Biden.
