2 Cor 5:19 says God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself.
Us in Christ. God in Him that the world might believe. For He have put in us the word of this reconciliation. Then we as ordained ambassadors for Christ, through God pray be reconciled unto God. For God had made Jesus to be Sin for us that WE be made the righteousness of God IN Him. SO let's not receive this grace of God in vain. For in this day of salvation He is succouring us, our help presently that we give no offense in anything that the ministry be not blamed. But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God. For WE are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. For it is God that works in us both to will and do His good pleasure. And greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.

2Cor 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath PUT IN us the word of reconciliation.
2Cor 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you through us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
2Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
2Cor 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
2Cor 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
2Cor 6:3 Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:
2Cor 6:4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
2Cor 6:5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
2Cor 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Notice this particular world in 2 Cor 5:19 God doesnt impute its sins unto it, so that is part of the word of reconciliation, non imputation of sin and this world is reconciled to God, that cant be overlooked or not emphasized in witnessing of this verse.

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Notice this particular world in 2 Cor 5:19
With that the context also says, We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to what he have done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men. For If any man be in Christ, RECONCILED; he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself THROUGH Jesus Christ, and hath given to us this ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us this word of reconciliation in Christ. The new creature, the old having passed away and us being new and of God, therefore reconciled.

We are Now also ambassadors for Christ. We therefore though God THROUGH us pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God Knowing the terror of the Lord. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. We then, as workers together with Him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. For he hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be the righteousness of God in Him. For He has succoured, helped us now in this day of salvation. So that we give no offense in anything, that the ministry of reconciliation in and through Christ be not blamed. But in all things showing ourselves as ministers of God through Christ being that new creature.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. For the God of comfort who comfort us in all things is able to make all grace abound towards us; that we, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.

Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for our food, and multiply our seed sown, and increase the fruits of our righteousness) Thanks be to God for this unspeakable Gift. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ living through the power of God unto perfection; And God having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when our obedience is fulfilled.

For We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to what he have done, whether it be good or bad. Therefore let us grieve over the many that have sinned already and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed. Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Our past sins aren’t accounted to us as we’re also now enabled by the Spirit to ‘go, and sin no more’. We’ll most certainly answer for sins on judgement day, after all Jesus did in order to forgive, take away, and empower us to overcome sin.

Wrong sin will not be imputed to them, future tense Rom 4:7-8

7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Here is another great salvation verse. When God saves a person, He completely removes all their sin, which means both past and present, and will never lay that sin on the Elect. (Psa 103:12 KJV) As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. When Christ went to the cross, all our sins were in the future. When we were born, we came into time, which means we began to sin those sins which Christ had already paid for two thousand years ago. So if Christ has already paid for the sins of His Elect in total, then what sin can God impute to a soul that has been redeemed and fully cleansed by His Son? Not one, that is why the person is blessed to whom God imputes no sin. I wish those who believe they can lose their salvation would consider that question. Now the unbeliever has sin imputed to them every hour they are alive. They are not blessed no matter how much of this world’s goods they have. Romans 4:1-9

Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. As he does not to those whom he justifies in Christ, and by his righteousness; for the sins of such he has imputed to his Son, as their surety; and he has bore them, took them away, having made full satisfaction for them; so that these persons will never be charged with them: they now appear before the throne without fault, and are blameless and irreproveable in the sight of God, and therefore must be eternally happy; for he will never think of their sins any more to their hurt; he will remember them no more; he "will never reckon them to them", but acquit them from them, justify and accept them; wherefore they must be secure from wrath and condemnation, enjoy much peace and comfort now, and be happy hereafter. Romans 4 Gill's Exposition

He doesn’t impute sin, meaning we’re acquitted of, forgiven of, sin. That in no way means that we’re to continue in sin now. That would be to mock God and the sacrifice of His Son. If I slap you in the face and you forgive me but I don’t respond to your mercy, to your love, and I slap you again, and again, and again, then nothing has changed, I’m still in my sins. Ultimately you’d be right to allow me to go my own way, to distance yourself from me. Turning to God is also a turning away from sin and the world's "values" and offerings, to something far better. If we continue in our sins as before, we only prove that we're not one of His to begin with. We're to embrace and return the love we've been shown:

"For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." Matt 6:14-15

Yes, they're forgiven, purged, taken away as we're given new hearts and new spirits, made new creations, now slaves to righteousness instead of slaves to sin (Rom 6). Now, if we walk like sons of satan, then we aren't sons of God.

"No one who continues to sin has either seen Him or known Him." 1 John 3:6

"Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work." 1 John 3:7-8

"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Gal 6:7-9

"Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God." Rom 8:12-14

So they will never have sin charged to them, not even in the day of Judgment. Rom 4:7-8

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Yes, when we turn to God our past is not counted against us, and our future is made bright as we're empowered to overcome sin now. If we continue in sin, we don't even know Him. If we don't begin to love as He does, to perhaps put it best, we aren't His children. But just keep ignoring Scripture.

Thats error, Sin not imputed has nothing to do with what the person does, its because of what God did in Christ Jesus on their behalf 2 Cor 5:18-19

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Thats error, Sin not imputed has nothing to do with what the person does, its because of what God did in Christ Jesus on their behalf 2 Cor 5:18-19
Sin not imputed is sin forgiven for anyone who turns to God in faith. The purpose of sin being forgiven is to make a major "reset" in us-not so that we can remain in our sins, That gospel would make satan smile The notion that the new testament means an automatic carte blanc reprieve from the penalty of all sin, beyond the past but including the present and future as long as I believe, does violence to the true gospel, turning it into an anti-gospel in fact.

Can a believer engage in persistent, wanton sin and still expect to make it to heaven?
