Is there a way to view your character stats out of Game?

It's just that next month, i'm going to try to get my account turned back on [getting a new card and the last expansion pack].

Also, are there any HEAVY [actually serious] RP guilds that anyone can recommend for the horde side of "Moon Guard"? [Important note: please do not recommend the guild "Enigma". too much drama and strife]

Im sorry, im not sure about the guild thing, but yeah, you can wiew your char out of game in wow armory!
