You sound like one of the Pharisees tempting Jesus with this question. If one person let's say Freddy, did something horrible to another person, let's say Chris.
If Freddy repents and is sorry for the things he done and he apologises to Chris, Chris forgives him but does not EVER want to see him again, what happens when they both go to heaven?
Will Freddy have to avoid Chris for all eternity? What will Jesus do about the situation when they see each other in heaven?
I would never want to tempt Jesus and that was not my intent. If I had sinned, Jesus would you forgive me for my sins? You sound like one of the Pharisees tempting Jesus with this question.

What is true forgivness? I understand there are some people who we just dont want in our life, but did Chris really forgive Freddy?
My answer is subjective meaning by experience. Before the Lord changed by giving me a heart of flesh for the heart of stone, I truly was selfish and looked at the universe should be fair to me.If one person let's say Freddy, did something horrible to another person, let's say Chris.

Not at all how Christianity Truly Works. Without True Forgiveness, there can be no Heaven. Without Christ, there can be no True Forgiveness. What we are taught in The New Testament to obey from the heart cannot be done in Truth without first being born again. Until one is Truly born again, it should seem impossible to be obedient. That unfortunate position can only be resolved when you Truly seek Christ or God The Father. You will never get to God The Father without going through and by Christ. If one person let's say Freddy, did something horrible to another person, let's say Chris.

I believe we will not have concern over the things of the flesh. We will be one with God and that is perfection. If one person let's say Freddy, did something horrible to another person, let's say Chris.

Hi again Valetic, some of these questions cannot be answered with any certainty at this point, of course, though it does seem that physical bodies living on the New Earth may require sustenance of some sort, doesn't it, especially when we add in the few things that we do know about that life and the bodies we will have there .. again e.g. Matthew 26:27-29; Acts of the Apostles 10:40-41.
As for songs having a beginning and an end, what of the other forms of worship then? Will they have a beginning and an end, or will we never stop saying, "Holy, Holy, Holy", while we cast, retrieve and cast our crowns again and again and again?
While I know that such things are unknowable (for the most part anyway), the little that we do know certainly makes them interesting to ponder, yes?

In Heaven your souls destiny is fulfilled to it's intended purpose. If one person let's say Freddy, did something horrible to another person, let's say Chris.

What I meant was that it sounded like a trick question. I am sure you are not sinning nor trying to trick anyone.I would never want to tempt Jesus and that was not my intent. If I had sinned, Jesus would you forgive me for my sins?
The reason I asked this question is because I am Freddy (although not my name) in the story.
Do you weep now? Have you ever grind your teeth.....maybe when you were angry? Have you ever Burned yourself? If so....do you think you would merely weep and grind your teeth if your whole body had to remain in that fire?Again, Hell is described as a place of "weeping and gnashing of teeth", where there is, "no rest day or night" for the people who live there, and where the "smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever". (Revelation 14:11)
It sure doesn't sound like it becomes bearable or normal for any of them, because things like weeping and gnashing of teeth would surely stop if the conditions there became normal for them, wouldn't it? (especially if those in Hell truly came to believe they were, "living the good life", yes?)
Thanks!

Chris will automatically change his mind in heaven and be willing to fellowship with Freddy due to his enlarged understanding of the nature of sin, love, and forgiveness.
.When you let your mind be your guide, you come up with a hosts of notions that doesn't even make sense to the very mind that created them.

I think about the first Martyr Stephen meeting with the apostle Paul ( the jew Saul at the time ) who approved of Stephen's murder and held the cloaks of those who stoned Stephen . That was pretty horrible but Stephen had already forgiven them ( including Saul/ Paul ) And God's reaction ? Saul became Paul to the glory of God through the gift of atonement and the shed blood of Christ .If one person let's say Freddy, did something horrible to another person, let's say Chris.
