1st Confessional Before receiving sacraments

Ok yall its scheduling time for me to go to confessional for the first time ever im nervous really hmmm dont know what to confess for my confessional before moving forward to getting my all of the sacraments on Christ the King Festival In November Helppp!!!!!!! Omgies!!!! Also are u supposed to wear a veil when going to confessional? If so what color?!?!?!

Say (cross self) "Bless me father, for I have sinned. This is my first confession"
You can give a general confession of sins (all the sins you can remember) of your lifetime. Make sure you confess all mortal sins. If you have trouble remembering, do not worry.
Secondly, you do not need to wear a veil.

When you are finished confessing your sins, say something like "for these sins, for the sins I cannot remember, and for the sins of my life, I am truly sorry." The priest will now give you advice and penance. Then, you will say your act on contrition.

He will now say the prayer of absolution.

Respond "Amen" to the prayer of absolution, then cross yourself again.

After that, be assured, ALL of your sins are forgiven. You are now a new creation.
