High 70s low 80s here in England, which you may think sounds refreshingly cool compared to those insane temperatures you listed, but this is too hot those of us used to a temperate climate. Current sanity saver is a powerbank and a USB fan going full tilt.

The hottest I've ever been in was around 100 degree, but if it gets that hot again I'm going up the clocktower with a rifle...
