I am so gratefull for your love and affection , it is one of the really great benefits of becoming a Christian , to be given a loving family who enrich so much , thanks for your notes above , and I hope to be unravelling from my ISP nightmares pretty soon DV , may the Lord Bless all here at CF especially those who wrote me

I will be intermittently online as I attempt to set up with another ISP and I do value your prayers ... may this be a really good God Filled Easter time for all ..

Cyggy since you are from England are you a Monty Python fan?

Hi there JPPT1974
I am not really a MP fan (though they have done some good sketches), they just seem so substandard next to 'Blackadder' and a few other class shows (Red Dwarf) ......... I like subtle sarcastic humour you can shave with :D

Dear Cygnus, :D

 I was beginning to think our Dearest CygnusX1 Constellation had set from our horizons here.....I looked up to the evening skies (of CF) throughout the last days of our dark winter here, and no Cyggy.....I did start to cry after a while, those thoughts of the most beautiful stars, and no Cyggy........

I remembered all that you gave us of friendship here---crossing the barriers of oceans and cultures and cross circuits of politics....I remember you telling us, in this thread, of your beautiful spiritual Church experiences in a large old beautiful Cathedral with actual incense smoke in the air and candles, as a teen and in your later ministry Church ties...

Your love of the surreal is very comforting , dear brother!

I hope you always remember our prayers are with you ( and loved ones), in the smell of old books and very old wooden floor boards any time of the year.........in the smells of fall when your Constellation rises......The smells and fragrances of Spring!!! Whenever a unusual gemstone crosses our minds and mentalities.....How about the SMELLS of early spring , where are town's ties from Old England---still have their "historic waterfront" english gardens filled underground huge piles of grey iron ballast stones from the late 1600 th century, FROM THE RIVER DEVON, ENGLAND.
THE SMELLS OF OLD WELSH CASTLES and the cry of owls at night......

Our fields are filled with stones of celtic and norsemen markings........aahahahahaah!!!

Thank you for the best of the best, wherever you go, whenever you're around here, Cygnus!

Its an honor to hear from you on Good Friday!

 Happy Easter to you and your loved ones!

Affectionately in Christ!

may my friends and companions in the journey of Gods Rich Grace be blessed this season . It is a privelege to be amongst the saints , yes I call you Saints not because you have earned the merit of some human organisation but because you have been chosen by God Himself , not because of merit or reward but by sheer Grace , in order to shine better than diamonds in a world that cast out our Beloved Lord!

may God increase your Love Faith and Hope , even as God is in and with YOU in the Aroma you spread that is Jesus the Christ .

May The Resurrection rise in your hearts every day , I am more than content to be receiving Gods Love through You , and my only prayer is that it may be muliplied in your direction .............

thanks sister Joyshirley , thanks freespirit ..... and others I am thinking of , my companions in the Faith.

"But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumph, and through us spreads the fragrance of knowledge of him everywhere. For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing, to one a fragrance from death to death, to the other a fragrance from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things? 2 Corinthians 2: 14-16

fear not , the technology may irritate but it can be sorted , I am always with you even when I am not online ................ thanks for your recent posts dearest sister ......... I recently visited those Anglo Saxon church's , and my ...... what a awesome thing to behold , I told my youngest son , when it's my time to go , seek my burial here ........ that would be just perfect, and I am so fortunate to be able to share my thoughts ........

I am certain the Lord invented the internet for the disposessed and those who are unable to fit the mold, it is such a wonderful experience to know that there are folks who do not fit into a conventional mold but who love Jesus ......ahhhhhhh , that vision I had still remains , scattered sheep , but the Goat still leads into one fold ...........:amen:

I hope freespirit you are finding Gods best for you this season ......
Love Cygnus

ahhhhhhhhh those ancient places ...........

chester-photo_4_ls_lg.jpg

Chester offers a contrasting stay with Liverpool (recently named as European Capital of Culture for 2008) just 30 minutes away by train. This is the home of the Beatles, two Cathedrals, two Premier League football clubs, the Tate Gallery and a host of magnificent art galleries and museums.
Chester lies in the heart of Cheshire with its cornucopia of timeless towns and delightful villages stretching from the hilly Peak District to the borders of North Wales. It has more canals than Venice and a superb collection of country houses including Lyme Park, the location for TV's Pride & Prejudice and Tatton Park, the most complete Georgian estate in Britain. North Wales borders Chester. It's another country with its own flag, language, customs and government. The City has been the gateway to North Wales since the Romans landed in Britain 2000 years ago and established a frontier fortress here. In North Wales, you can discover castles that have stood for 1000 years, set amid stunning mountain scenery with valleys carved by the Ice Age. Not far from Chester you'll find Erddig Hall, evoking memories of the Upstairs, Downstairs lifestyle of master and servant in the 19th Century
