The central error of the OP is in assuming that the scriptures only speak of one future coming of Christ.

This is the error that the Jewish leaders made when studying the Old Testament prophecies concerning the coming of their Messiah. They concentrated on the prophecies that spoke of Him as the conquering warier, and simply ignored other prophecies that spoke of Him as the suffering sacrifice.

Now that His first coming is past, we realize that the answer to this apparent contradiction was that He was coming more than one more time.

In the same way, many modern scholars concentrate of some of the prophecies of His coming, and fail to realize that these prophecies contain many details that would be contradictions if He were only coming one more time. The OP lists some of these that speak of His future coming to judge the world, and pretends that the other prophecies that speak of him coming to remove his own simply do not exist.

Actually some have cataloged more than fifty apparent contradictions between details of prophecies concerning these future comings. All of these apparent contradictions disappear when we realize that He is still coming more than one more time.

Not even one of the claims he so easily dismisses is even an error, much less a lie. And understanding the simple fact in this post will explain all his objections except those about the seven years.

In regard to the seven years, he should notice that two halves make a whole. Some of the three and a half year periods he mentions are the first half of Daniel's seventieth week, others are the second half.

There are many.

Revelation 3;10 says, "Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth." (NKJV) the word from is translated from the Greek word ek, which means "out of." A time of trial is coming "to test those who dwell on the earth." But the faithful are promised that they will be kept out of that hour. They are not promised that they will be preserved through the trial, but that they will be kept out of that time.

We see this again in Matthew 25:10 and 11, where "the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’" (again, NKJV)

Here, "those who were ready went in with" the bridegroom (Jesus) "and the door was shut." Afterward others applied at the door and were rejected.

Again we read in John 14:2-3, /a'n my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.a'" (NKJV)

But we read in Jude 14 and 15 that “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,
to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” (NKJV)

It is not a matter of the power of God but of the meaning of words. If God is coming for his own and also coming with his own, the coming for them has to happen before the coming with them.

These are only a few of many such passages in the scriptures. And this does not even go into the many differences between various pronouncements about His coming that would be contradictory if He were only coming one more time.

The point is that there is absolutely NO indication to the gentiles being in heaven until after this happens.​

Some have indicated that the rapture of the Body of Christ is before chapter 6 of revelation.​

They claim that we are present with GOD in Revelation 4.​

HOWEVER, John is supposed to be recording what he is seeing and he did NOT say that there was anyone other then GOD, Twenty-four Elders, the Four Living Creatures and in that scene.​

The first time that there is any indication that there is a great multitude of peoples, kindred’s and tongues standing before the throne of GOD is in Revelation 7.​

Which happens AFTER the events that take place in revelation 6.​

The reason why I have shown this in this way is to help you understand what is about to take place before Jesus comes back.
Some very MAJOR events will be taking place before that wonderful “harpazo” takes place.

Yes, it is terao ek if memory serves me right. And the only other time terao ek is used is by Jesus again to his disciples in John 17:15 Here Jesus plainly shows he does not want them to leave the planet, but to endure their trials.
Plus this verse says zip about a pre-trib rapture as you claim.

Can you please show us where the clear writing of the rest of the NT describes multiple returns of the Lord Jesus? I only see one, the 'last day' or the 'age to come'.

The interesting thing is that there will be no marriage in the 'age to come'. What do Millennial people think the rest of the NT says about the Millennium — what does the REST of the NT call it?

Because as far as I can tell, some Millennial people want to claim some terms like 'last day' at some points, and then drop it at others if a certain 'last day' verse is inconvenient.

Same with 'age to come'. Here's a real problem for Millennialists.

There can be no unbelievers during the Millennium, period. Why? Because they will not be able to have babies. In fact, Luke 20:35 says there will be no unbelievers in the age to come because they are not worthy!

So, scratch my head as I might, I just can't see how there are any unbelievers for believers to 'rule over' in the Millennium. Sorry.

I don't believe in a period of 'special tribulation'.

The persecution of Christians in the 20th Century was so bad that I find it patronising to say there's going to be worse ahead. 20th Century Christians deserve the category of 'Tribulation' as much as any group! I see their persecution as a sad but normal part of history as these Last Days unfold, and keep unfolding, after 2000 years. It is as it always was.

No, rather than Tim LaHaye's fictional series "Left Behind" where mind shatteringly huge things are happening like the sudden disappearance of hundreds of Millions of Christians, please note how NORMAL the time before the final return of Christ and Judgement Day will be.

Luke 17:26 Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27 People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

2 Peter 3:4 "4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” "

1 Thessalonians 5:3 "While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape".

You seem to be awfully agressive in your beliefs. It's OK to disagree about this, but you need to calm down a bit and remember that this is a non-essential doctrine and one that the Bible tells us Christians have the liberty to disagree over.

When you call people "fibbers" (ie. "liars") for believing in the pre-trib rapture, you're not extending that liberty to others.

What is it about this issue that makes you want to be right so badly that you would sin for it?
