I just now saw the "LETTERS" link.
Looks more like just a link to Eastern Orthodoxy in general [don't get me wrong, I like the EOC].

Beautiful fish tho!

https://ex2x2lettersfromgreece.wordpress.com/

While it is sad to see evolutionary resources like this book for children, it is very encouraging to see the many children’s resources (including Answers Bible Curriculum andAnswers VBS) available through AiG that help us teach our kids that the truth about our origins can only be found in the truth of God’s Word.

I meant that this is the source and I edited the link LETTERS.

I have to agree with the others, Abel. The material you are presenting is totally inappropriate in a serious theological discussion group. Your posts are intended solely to ridicule and cast aspersion on the character of your opponents. In any serious group, this would be automatically interpreted to men that you are a sore loser, have no solid arguments, and have tried to save face by attacking your opponents" character in order to get even. You can object all you want to what I or anyone else says, but then the responsibility on you to provide a counterargument, a rational, empirically based rebuttal. Short of that, yes, you are just trolling. You keep referring to creation-science sources. I have carefully studied creation-science material and found too many major tactics there to be illegitimate form a truly scholarly and scientific orientation. Just to name a few: presenting false credentials is illegitimate, plagiarizing is illegitimate, presenting as expert the unqualified judgments of unqualified persons on sensitive scientific matter is illegitimate, presenting deliberately falsified information to the public is illegitimate, presenting your religious beliefs as unquestionable is illegitimate, presenting your beliefs as the sole criterion by which to determine the validity of scientific research and findings is illegitimate, presenting your religious beliefs as a mandatory subject for science classes is illegitimate, etc. I go could on and on.

This forum called "Creation & Evolution", right? I accept the Creation. And this photo (“Stop following me! We’re not related!”) is my serious opinion. The monkeys and fishes are not my relatives. I respect you and all others. But this is my opinion.

If you are being serious, Abel, then you need to present far more than silly cartoons. You need to make a case for your position, provide a solid argument, which you have yet to do. If you just want to be silly, I can be silly, too. I could have a cartoon drawn up where a scientist says to some creationist, "Stop complaining! If God could make a man out of a monkey, think we he can do with a jackass like you!" Some humor is OK, true. But you need far more than that here.

I'm not here to prove anything. I'm sure that Creation is the truth and I can't try to change your opinion.

Just this "photo" is my opinion. Monkeys are not my relatives.

I think that this forum is about Creation & Evolution. So I add my opinion. Just this. I respect you and all of you here.

Nobody is here, Abel, to change anybody's opinions. We are here, however, to share our viewpoints, provide our rational for them, hear the counterarguments of others who may object, and then try and present a solid rebuttal. The Bible says we are to do this, be as iron upon iron and sharpen one another.

P.S. Another problem I have with your cartoon, Abel, is that it is way off base about evolution. Nobody ever said we descended from monkeys. The claim is that we descended from a common ancestor to both ourselves and also apes. If you want to challenge evolution, please make an effort to get your facts straight.

I agree. It can be tough, as a Christian, to defend the Bible and our beliefs..
We are also ambassadors for YAHWEH/Christ and tho others may disagree with a particular view of the Bible we have, we should follow the teaching of the Apostles...
As Peter and Paul state below [not to be confused with the band "Peter, Paul and Mary"]:

Coloss 4:
5 Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders/heathens,
making the most of the opportunity.
6 Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt,
so that you will know how you should respond to each person.

well to be fair, there is a good argument that we descended from monkey's since the common ancestor with us and monkeys HAS to be a monky phylopgenicly and would be classified as a monkey if it existed today. After all old/new world monkeys split off before we split off from monkeys so that would make us descended from monkeys.

It also illustrates a fundamental misunderstanding of the theory and process of evolution.

Sorry, Love of the Lord, but that just ain't the way it works, buddy.

I clicked "like" for your post because it was very genteel, so that even if you "disagree", you have not been "disagreeable", but still friendly.

Thank you.

I love it...it's hilarious, yet prompts one to think on the message it conveys.

No, you didn't.

You did it because you're a nice person!
