  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

How Great a Struggle I Have for You

“For I want you to know how great a struggle I have for you and for those at Laodicea and for all who have not seen me face to face, that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery...

    Old and New Testaments

There are many parallels between what is taught us in the Old Testament and what is taught us in the New Testament, for God’s moral laws have not changed. Loving your enemies & in-laws

I know the bible is clear about loving your enemies and to give when they demand, even more so - what if it's your in-laws or parents making demands of you for your time, such as all your time off, or your personal information such as demanding to know things, etc. I suppose that would include...

    Faithful in All He Does

Faithful Lord Psalm 145:17 NIV “The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does.” No matter what happens with this election in America, or what chaos may take place as a result of the contested voting system, God is still on the throne. He is still completely sovereign...

Does Jesus love unconditionally? Jesus says, "No"!

John 15:9-10 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. How does one spew forth doctrine that Jesus loves unconditionally if the above...
