    What are Baptist Christians Thoughts on Hypnosis?

    For people that consider themselves and call themselves Baptists, what do you think about hypnosis? Do you think that its acceptable for Baptist Christians to practice hypnosis or see hypnotists or hypnotherapists?

    What would you think of a non-Baptist pastor who uses the pulpit to make fun of Baptists?

    The pastor has a dry sense of humor and tries to be funny while keeping a straight face. Much of the congregation laughs, but not all. There's no way to know to what extent he's joking, or to have any idea why he's picking on Baptists rather than other denominations cause he never elaborates...
