Still doing a lot of research about near death experiences. Some say there will be jugement if you die to see if you can go to heaven or hell. My question...if you have unconfessed sins will you go to hell? ( stroke survivor and had 7 blood clots in my brain)

What can I be saved? Any sins that can't be forgiven?

I know there are some, but do I recognize them and never follow them? I am a stroke survivor so my brain doesn't work well sometimes. My old post about repentance. Thanks.

I had high blood pressue and in six months I had a stroke with 7 blood clots in my brain. I have aphasia, always tired, have meds but I am makinng recovery after almost 7 years. Make sure you get your blood pressure taken, even when you are ok..a silent killer.

Several years ago I was really bad...I mean really bad. I was angry to my wife and had several affiars...but then I nearly died. I repented women, inappropriate content sites etc....but if confess to my wife she will most certainly divorce me and I have kids. But if DON"T confess my repentecnce it cant be 100%...
