If you download the video that was taken closest to the incident and go frame by frame, based on the location of his feet and the angle of his body, no part of the vehicle would ever touch him. It's also easy to see that he didn't fire the first shot until he was completely clear of the vehicle. After the shots were fired, he doesn't look at any part of his body, which someone would instinctively do after being hit by something, and he walks around the scene without limping or showing signs of injury. Based on that alone, it's highly unlikely that he was struck by any part of the vehicle.

The agent that shot her is the same one that asked her to move her car, according to a witness that was just interviewed on the local Fox channel. His testimony and the video from his phone should make things more clear. Hopefully the video will be released soon, as it would put an end to any speculation.

When are people going to learn that law enforcement now. Are not taught to use peaceful means to bring a situation to an end, but they are taught to simply shoot to kill.

So if you go up against law enforcement you will be killed.

The officer unfortunately had to make a split second decision for his safety, the safety of other officers, and the safety of citizens in the area. It is protocol and he is trained to shoot should someone in close quarters with a weapon act aggressively with that weapon. Totally different than hiding and shooting an unarmed woman from thirty feet away. I am sad to say that many of the political leaders know their violent rhetoric will push people on the fringe into making violent threats and taking violent action, whether against Jews or law enforcement personnel. Yet they continue on, they boast they have free speech.

I went frame by frame and aligned images by using the sound of the gunshots from two different angles. The video that was taken from a distance makes it appear that the agent was struck by the vehicle, but the one that is closer to the scene doesn't appear to show that he was. Once he walks around to the front of the vehicle, he leans into it drawing his gun when it begins to move forward. This can be seen in the first image below. I circled the gun in yellow and the position of his foot in red. You will notice the wheel of the vehicle is already turned away from the agent as the woman attempts to avoid hitting him. He fires the first shot after his body is clear of the vehicle and the second two after he is no longer in any danger. The bottom images are numbered in the order each shot was fired.

I know in the heat of the moment the agent may have felt he was in danger. He may have even been slightly grazed as the vehicle went past him after putting himself in a position where that could happen, but one thing that is crystal clear from the videos and witness testimonies is that this woman had no intention of hitting anyone, and she was not a domestic terrorist as the Trump administration claims. The statements that were put out by ICE, Noem, and Trump yesterday on what took place were untrue.

Whether she was following ICE around or was making threats against ICE agents or their families should eventually come out.

The insurrection baloney talk only occurred later. Ashli was thirty feet away and had no weapon, nor did she pose an imminent threat to the officer. She wasn't even approaching the officer. The threats against ICE agents and their families are well documented. So too Nick Shirley has already received death threats.
