It seems odd that U.S. attorney’s office would suddenly change the plan and be against sharing evidence with local investigators. Maybe the evidence doesn't support the government's narritave?

There was never any evidence produced that she wished to harm anyone, but no one knows the intent of someone else, nor is an officer expected to make a psychological evaluation on the spot. If it appears to an officer that his or her life or the lives of others are in imminent danger then the officer is supposed to shoot. "Imminent" is the key word.

I went frame by frame and aligned images by using the sound of the gunshots from two different angles. The video that was taken from a distance makes it appear that the agent was struck by the vehicle, but the one that is closer to the scene doesn't appear to show that he was. Once he walks around to the front of the vehicle, he leans into it drawing his gun when it begins to move forward. This can be seen in the first image below. I circled the gun in yellow and the position of his foot in red. You will notice the wheel of the vehicle is already turned away from the agent as the woman attempts to avoid hitting him. He fires the first shot after his body is clear of the vehicle and the second two after he is no longer in any danger. The bottom images are numbered in the order each shot was fired.

I know in the heat of the moment the agent may have felt he was in danger. He may have even been slightly grazed as the vehicle went past him after putting himself in a position where that could happen, but one thing that is crystal clear from the videos and witness testimonies is that this woman had no intention of hitting anyone, and she was not a domestic terrorist as the Trump administration claims. The statements that were put out by ICE, Noem, and Trump yesterday on what took place were untrue.

You don't know what they found at the hospital. The officer looks to have a slight limp. He certainly did not "run" after the vehicle.

It does not matter. It matters what she did, and how the officer perceived it. He had been dragged by a vehicle just last year. Had stitches. People can be killed or harmed by being dragged which happens from the side of the vehicle. The officer knew they had already told her to exit the vehicle to be arrested. His hand was in the car. Is this what the officer in front of the car knew? By the time the car pivoted the officer could not tell if anyone was being dragged like he was? Plus she was aiming for him.

It was another tragedy, as was the insurrection and all the other riots right and left. Our country is now tragic. Our leaders only reflect the constituency. All we see all around us is on us and I don’t see away out. And some want to spread the contamination to other countries in the name of America First.

What us the real root cause? It goes way back. I think tho end of the democratic government experiment is very near because people want a strong man to solve all their problems and dissolve all their fears. But it doesn’t work that way. This shooting is just another symptom of our decadence…decadence with “religious” lipstick.

I believe Walz should be asked publicly, what he was saying. Calling out the national guard to control lawbreaking, should speak to controlling these protesters. It was very unclear the purpose of the national guard in his mind. He did emphasize "his", or "our", national guard. It needs to be clarified what "their guard" means, and whom they were to control?
