@Paul4JC , I note with disappointment that you have not attempted to explain how the regular flights between Sydney in Australia, and Los Angeles and Santiago in North America and South America respectively, can work on your flat earth. There are multiple direct flights between Sydney and those two cities each week, yet the respective flight times are completely impossible on your flat earth. They match perfectly with the globe however.
The fact that neither you nor your fellow flat earthers are capable of providing any explanation clearly demonstrates the falsity of the flat earth. You would recognise this if you were capable of thinking rationally about this subject, however it has become obvious that rational thought and flat earth cannot coexist.

Notice the other flights in your plane earth map, and your exact trajectory with stops in Miami, Houston, Dallas, LA. 39 and 42 to hours!. Why would anyone take such if there really are faster, cheaper non-stop flights?

Nothing is here said, nor is it said in any other part of the Scriptures that the sun only is a great light, and that the moon only shines by reflection.

The sun is called “ greater light to rule the day, ” and the moon the “ lesser light to rule the night. ” Although of these two great lights one is less than the other, each is declared to shine with its own independent light.

St. Paul affirms emphatically that "‘There is one glory of the sun and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars, for one star differeth from another in glory.” 1 Cor. 15:41.

I can answer that easily, so why can't you answer my question?

The answer to your question is because there isn't a large demand for direct flights between Sydney and Santiago (we don't have a lot of Chileans living in Australia) which is why there are only a couple of flights each week, as opposed to flights between Sydney and Los Angeles where there are multiple flights every day. If the times and days of the Santiago flights suit you then the direct flight is the best option. If you need to fly on one of the days not covered by the direct flights, or if your arrival time is critical, then your only option is to take flights with multiple stops.

That is beside the point though. There are direct flights between Sydney and Santiago and it takes less time flying direct between those two cities than it does between Sydney and Los Angeles. How is that possible on a flat earth? You've tried to avoid answering the question once now. I'm hoping you will show more strength of character than your fellow flat earthers have shown.

Prior to 1982 there was no non stop flight from Sydney to Los Angeles. They had to stop for fuel at Fiji, Canton Island and Hawaii.
