I'm surprised you didn't say, dictatorship. I was wrong about this one. The Constitution doesn't support an authoritarian government but Communism isn't necessarily authoritarian.Explain how that is the case especially communism.
And they are free to stay here and work to make it better for the people, which the Constitution supports.Then those who want that life style are free to move there.
That is incorrect. What they propose is exactly what this calls for.We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. What is currently being proposed in this country as democratic socialism or what ever variation of that is not compatible with the preamble as you claim. “the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” is not in the future promoted by the likes of Bernie, Mamdani, Omar, Cortez and many others .
I don't support Democratic Socialism because what most call for is eventually achievement of economic socialism. But, Social Democracy does not.
