Who do you think the 'dragon' is in Rev 12?!!!
1And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. 2She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth. 3And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great red dragon, with seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven diadems.
7Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back, 8but he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. 9And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.
The 'dragon' has 7 heads & 7 crowns. He is the 7th head - Tyre is the 7th Head. Tyre is the 'dragon' who is Satan who is Tyre. Here is Tyre being 'thrown to the ground'.
Ezek 28:

in the presence of those who kill you,

Satan comes as an 'angel of light' (2 Cor 11:14)
And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
Who is the 'angel of light' in Revelation? It is the Rev 10 mighty angel who is also the 'man in linen' of Dan 10 & 12.
Rev 10:1 Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow over his head, and his face was like the sun, and his legs like pillars of fire.
That is Tyre, that is Satan, that is the dragon that is 'deceiving the world' (Rev 12:9), that is the 7th head of Daniel 7's 4 beasts: 1 lion, 1 bear, 4 Leopard, 1 4th Beast (1 +1 + 4 + 1 = 7 heads).
That 4th Beast is the 7th head.
