Walters falsely claims investigators cleared him in nude images investigation, ignores questions seeking clarity
On Tuesday—days after two state school board members said they saw nude images of women playing on a TV in state Superintendent Ryan Walters’ office—Walters denied any wrongdoing and falsely claimed investigators had cleared him.He also accused Governor Stitt of orchestrating the entire thing as a “character assassination,” but refused to answer reporters’ questions seeking clarity and evidence to back his claims.
On Friday, the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) opened an investigation.
News 4 reported that OMES asked the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) to begin a criminal investigation Monday.
That's sorta the opposite of being cleared.

Seeing as how he didn't commit a discernible crime, he himself probably isn't under investigation. Governor Stitt might be though.

Walters was quick to make nasty claims about the two that saw it, was defensive and did not apologize about the stuff on his TV screen to those in his office. He just attacks their character.
It is his own reaction that makes him look bad. If he had said, "Holy cow, where is that from" and want it off immediately and apologized to others for them having been exposed to it and said he would look into how it happened, I would think he was innocent.

If he ain't, I am, even if it does. There is a time and place for nudity.
This does not mean, however, that I would be "fine" if, as someone suggested, he were to come over to my house and wave his "junk" in my face. Nor do I find it appropriate for the workplace - most workplaces, anyhoo, as there are obviously acceptions.

That scripture is certainly applicable IF he did something wrong. You don't know if he did or didn't yet.
That is not justice. That is judgmentalism. Once you KNOW that he did wrong then you may rebuke him. Until then, you are behaving like a Pharisee who.liked to judge people.

He's not you. He may be just really frustrated over being falsely accused. People don't always respond with kindness and understanding.
But I don't know. All I know is people are judging the man without all facts.

The crux of my post is that it is not a crime. It is not illegal. No law was broken. That's just reality no matter how offended one might be over it. If looking at naked people on a screen was illegal, watching R rated movies would be against the law. It can be called highly inappropriate. He could get fired for it. But it wasn't a criminal offence.

No, he was just pranked. Whether he downloaded the pictures himself and somebody spilled the beans or whether they were hacked in doesn't really matter. The guy is a pompous twit and deserved the jab. Just relax, sit back and enjoy the fun.

The OP (me) did not say it is a crime. You made a strawman.
It is a problem that it was at his workplace. Then it is also hypocritical considering some of his demands.

My post was in response to the person I was replying to. I said no crime had been committed by Walters regarding the sheriff dept. investigation. He challenged that. So I responded to that challenge. Since the sheriff department is investigating, that means there is a suspected crime. So crime does fit into this.

I want to see the pictures. During WWII pin-up girls were quite modest by today's standards and if they were actually WWII pinups I would be very much surprised if there was any actual nudity.
