No, what you should have said is '...what we are actively supporting...' Why exclude yourself? Apparently there's no shame in saying that racism is just fine these days. Gee, we've practically got to the point where it was implied that 'hey, some of my best friends are racists'. Nail those colours to the mast! Stand up for what you believe! Be proud!

Depends on how you define the word racism. I made an earlier post about the Korean neighborhood in my city. I have no problem with them wanting to live around each other.

It lasts as long as the owner of the property lives, or sells it.

Some of these cultures are very family oriented, which is wonderful....Why not maintain and sustain that. It is a very good thing. I have Philipino neighbors, bunches of them coming and going. Young old, all together etc. Nothing wrong with that.

In order to run afoul of the law, there'd need to be hard evidence. You can't read people's minds as to why they sold to one person and not another. Although I admit we do tend to do that with the stupid hate crime laws.

Sure you can. But so what if you do? Maybe you need the money. Maybe you dont want to wait and just hope there is another buyer.

I certainly don't like tge idea of a racist town. Including the black town Rob is mentioning. Racism is a terrible thing. But I don't honestly see any legal reason to forbid the sale to racists.

You found an article of one black town with a population of 1,500 (a village, actually) that is black primarily because whites choose not to live there...not because they are prohibited.

And you're trying to imply that there are any more such towns (because you used the plural) or that it means any more than the deliberate intention to create a settlement where non-whites are expressly prohibited.

There are lots of cities that still have "black sides of town" since the Jim Crow era.

There's North Omaha, South Chicago, North Tulsa, and SE Dallas, for instance.

Some may not be racist. They are just tired of bad people getting off the hook by crying racism. A white criminal, no problem with that. Go to court and give them the penalty.
