You still have to deal with Jeremiah 23:3 - Isaiah 11:11-12 - Deuteronomy 30:3-5 - Ezekiel 34:12-13 (contemporary to Daniel in 500-600 BC range) and others.
This is only the Old Testament, as the New Testament also hits this topic in Matthew 19, Romans 11.
Not to mention... In Revelation 21:9-14, the Bride of Christ. . . Has 12 gates with each Jewish tribe of Israel, and 12 foundations with the 12 Jewish apostles of the Lamb.
In addition to all this, God already used pagan nations to deal with Israel plenty of times, including with Daniel who God put in Babylon directly and was pleased with him and Jeremiah also records God commanding Israel to submit to His plan and live in Babylon in captivity until He regathers them. It is not the first time God did things using heathen kings or countries in dealing with Israel, and the Old Testament is actually full of examples of God using pagan nations to deal with Israel. That is literally the Modus Operandi God uses time and time again, therefore it would be fitting that God behave in the same manner of dealing with His people now and using the same methods....
Jeremiah 29:1-14
1Now these are the words of the letter that Jeremiah the prophet sent from Jerusalem to the remainder of the elders who were carried away captive—to the priests, the prophets, and all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon. 2(This happened after Jeconiah the king, the queen mother, the eunuchs, the princes of Judah and Jerusalem, the craftsmen, and the smiths had departed from Jerusalem.) 3The letter was sent by the hand of Elasah the son of Shaphan, and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, whom Zedekiah king of Judah sent to Babylon, to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, saying,
4Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, to all who were carried away captive, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem to Babylon:

Britain didn't exist until 1707 AD. . .

Not to mention Psalm 126 as well, Britain, and anyone else, is just a pawn on God's chess board to be used.
God told His plans far in advance.
Anyone who can't line up what the Bible said with what is going on right now has zero spiritual sight at all.
It is blatant and glaringly obvious like staring directly into the sun in the sky.
God makes the seemingly impossible happen, uses heathen nations to accomplish it(as usual), and everyone gives humans credit as if they could master the chess board of the world(book of Daniel, God determines all kings/rulers) and deny God said "restore" and "regather" multiple times.
