I think this quote is very accurate in many quarters:

"It's their religion, it's their god, woke is their god. This trans, woke insanity – they are enthralled by it," Li said.

They are desperate to come up with a new minority to defend. A new victim to weaponize. A whole new group of victims and haters. It is the modus operandi. Wokeism is a religion and not a good one. Where theism is based on the belief in that which is unseen, i.e., invisible, wokeism is based on the denial of that which can be seen. It's very much like flat-earth. Men cannot have babies and never will. There are two genders, not 57. And the worst part is that they want to force their delusion on the rest of us by statute and force of law. The woke radical end of the Democrat party will continue to pull them down until the party leadership takes a stand on the issue and comes back to reality.

...Who would be next "minority" to defend after this? Biden's influencers have already revealed it to us with his pardons... They'll start freeing the imprisoned, to the point of total lawlessness and chaos on the streets. We'll be a real third world country then!

"I don't know how they're going to get out of this wilderness," Li said, adding that the party has been "hijacked" by "woke" ideology.

"It's their religion, it's their god, woke is their god. This trans, woke insanity – they are enthralled by it," Li said.

"Companies are running as fast as they can from this toxic agenda, yet the Democratic Party is doubling down time and time again on this," the former Democratic fundraiser added. "Honestly, it's gender hysteria. It's almost like a social contagion."

I've been saying over and over that the Democratic Party has been enthralled by cultural-Marxist Critical Theory ideology, which includes Critical Race Theory, Critical Queer Theory, and Critical Gender Theory (all encapsulated in DEI methodology).

At this point, they've neutralized or eliminated everyone from the Party who does not subscribe to Critical Theory ideology. Critical Theory, contrary to what the term sounds like (Marxists are experts at redefining terms to fit their rhetoric while disarming those who don't understand their rhetorical strategy), has nothing to do with "critical thinking." It has to do with setting up social classes and perpetuating conflict between them.

But with the DNC having at this point successfully eliminated from the Party all who are not enthralled by Critical Theory, they have no other concept, nobody with any different thought, to speak up in their inner-sanctum discussions.

It's rather like the way the old Soviet Union kept failing in the international economic sphere. They had murdered all their real economists and businessmen, left with only the fantasy economics of Marxist ideologues who had no clue how real global economics worked.

In the same way, the current DNC has no clue how real national politics works.

I have sought and campaigned for equal human rights, maximum freedom, including freedom not to conform to norms, in any way in which it is harmless to others, all my life. I have never seen anything like this "trans" thing. Everything else has moved slowly, with smaller improvements in fairer opportunities . "Trans" has just popped out of nowhere, and gone everywhere in less than two decades. It is very odd.

I don't think much about trans people, although two of my friends have trans grandkids. Both are high achievers, active in school activities, scholarship winners. Very well adjusted.
Recognizing that privileged preppies are the real people getting all the breaks, DEI doesn't bother me at all. Down with line skipping, up with fairness.
Gay people are good neighbors, friends, co-workers.
None of us is perfect, so why should I condemn them and let everyone else with faults--selfishness, greed, aggression, etc.--a free ride?
I don't see God as judge saying, sinner, dinner, "sexual sinner," and putting a red x by their name.
They are imperfect images of God--as are we all.

I am all for being kind and loving. But when I see someone throwing themselves into a volcano, I tend to get more "assertive" about my observations. It is not loving or kind to stand by, wave goodbye, and bon voyage to people launching themselves into a fire pit. Get mad at me and call me names if you want. But the "not loving" accusation is simply wrong.

Under DEI, "privileged people" includes all whites, all males, and all straight people, regardless of whether they are personally well off.
