Okay… The blue symbol is signet of John Chapter 3. The symbol is representative of how Jesus became the curse for all man kind, to HEAL mankind.

Not anymore it isn't. Once Satan gave it to the Sea Beast in Revelation 13:2 along with great power and authority, it became the throne of the Roman Republic instead in 133 BC. That Pergamos throne in Asia was the throne of the Sea Beast that the fifth angel poured out his vial of judgment upon in Revelation 16:10. At that point, that entire kingdom became "full of darkness".

This "full of darkness" episode was around the year AD 67 when all those who were in Asia had turned against the Apostle Paul (2 Tim. 1:15). Asia which had once been completely evangelized by the Apostle Paul's ministry in Acts 19:10, both Jews and Greeks, had succumbed to a general apostasy in departing from the faith. This was probably as a result of the persecution of the saints which began after the Acts 19:23-41 Ephesian riot in AD 57.
