Who, Israel? That is not the topic here. The issue is whether God is behind what they do such as in Gaza. Are you saying that you think they are chosen today and that God supports it?

To what? Kill children? I think none should mass murder civilians. The problem is that some people think Israel is the exception because they are special or some such.

IF Israel were the chosen nation doing what God wanted today you might have a point. But they are involved in mass murder (call it what you like) so the question of whether God is with them or not is all important.
