I think this work week was pretty good. It helped that I had the 8-hour shifts instead of the awful 10-hour ones. And I believe the new yogurt I've been eating has improved my body and mind - I definitely have more energy now than I had in awhile. It has high protein and low sugar. I guess the soy yogurt I had been eating was poisoning me.

I thought about watching a sermon online from a local church. But then I thought, "You get more out of watching Charles Stanley, why bother to watch one from a local church?"

I don't know if I will ever be part of a physical church ever again.

I am in the same boat as you. I watch my church services online and I listen to Christian music ...which soothes my soul. Being a part of a physical body of believers has been too much for me in the past and I will not go there again.

What I find hard about the local churches is finding one with a faith statement that is 100% Biblical. I did Internet searches on some of the churches in my area. A small amount didn't have a website; then those that did have a website, not all of them gave a faith statement (which I thought was strange; they want people to know what they believe and come to their church, right?). There was a Presbyterian church I was interested in trying, but I found out they supported LGBTQ+, so that was out. I've looked at a couple Methodist churches but I don't think I should go.

Just imagine if you got sucked into an air vent and you randomly met a guy in there who claimed to have been in there for the past 10 years
