In a short paragraph or two could some advocate of theistic-evolution (TE for short) define what you mean by the term in a short paragraph or two?
All it means is the acceptance of evolution (and more specifically, common descent) by someone who is a theist. The specifics vary a lot.
Also,. according to your theory when did physical death enter this world?
When living things entered the world, which would be some billions of years ago.

I don't know your exact definition of evolution. However, if human interventions (such as selective breeding or gene manipulation) are involved it is not evolution.
That's incorrect. Selective breeding is certainly evolution, as scientists use the term.
There is some disagreement among scientists as to the exact definition of evolution.
Not really. The word (like many words) has a range of meanings but they aren't generally a source of disagreement. The two main meanings of 'evolution' are 1) common descent, and 2) genetic-based changes of populations over time. The latter encompasses all of biological evolution and is the process that gave rise to the former.
The definition tends to change as they find out that the traditional view is wrong.
Really? When has the definition changed for that reason?
However, it generally involves random processes, a vast amount of time and so-called natural selection.
The first is correct, the other two are not.

I am not a theistic evolutionist, but rather an evolutionary creationist. Evolutionary creationism is not a scientific theory, it is a theological view which deals with how to understand the science and history of evolution from within a biblical world-view. It maintains that natural processes are orchestrated by God's sovereign and ordinary providence in accordance with his good pleasure and the purposes of his will.

If a creationist is someone who believes that the universe, and particularly the earth and its biodiversity, is the creation of God (creatio ex nihilo) who sustains it every moment by the word of his power (creatio continua), and if evolution is a scientific explanation of the origin of species by descent with modification from a common ancestor, then an evolutionary creationist is someone who holds both as true.

Also: According to your theory, when did physical death enter this world?

When life entered this world. So, billions of years ago.
