Not worried about debt if your democracy itself is threatenned. Don't worry about way down the road in debt (besides, there was little concern for the debt in the previous 4 years).

Clearly it does matter, if a Democrat is in the Whitehouse. For some odd reason that's the only time I hear about it, with a few rare exceptions, must be like calories from the place of someone else, they don't count.
A lot of people , besides Democrats don't think he a good person or politician. Trump supporters just deemed Republicans, that don't approve or defend his bad behavior, as traitor .When it really the opposite .I personally don't vote republicans, because I don't in their views.
Perhaps we can all agree, then, that it's been decades since fiscal responsibility was a value of the American government.
