Mystery Ephraim?

Isaiah 28:1 & 3-4 Alas for the proud peoples of Ephraim, those fading flowers, drunk with prosperity. They will fall like ripe fruit and be trampled down. Hab. 3:12

Ephraim represents the British peoples, Genesis 48:17-19, with their faded empire, but still a proud and prosperous commonwealth of nations. Deuteronomy 33:17

Isaiah 28:2 & 5-6 The Lord has control of a powerful force, [Deuteronomy 32:22] He HHHH H Hit will beat down violently upon the earth, as a sweeping storm and a destroying tempest. On that Day, the Lord will be an adornment for the remnant of His people and will give a spirit of justice to those who judge and of valor to those who stand fast at the gate.

This passage is paralleled by Isaiah 30:25b-30...On the Day of massacre, when fortresses fall, the sun will shine seven times stronger, like seven days in one. On that Day, the Lord will protect and save His people. See: the Lord comes from afar, His anger blazing and His doom heavy, as His arm descends in devastating fire. He sieves out the nations for destruction. But for My people, there will be songs and gladness of heart as they march to the mountains of Israel.

The Lords Day of vengeance and wrath by a CME sunstrike is the next prophesied event. Psalms 11:4-6 and Habakkuk 3:4 describe accurately how the Lord will not be seen and this terrible judgement will be thought of as a natural event, so secular people can still choose whether they will honor God, or deny Him. Isaiah 66:15-16, Isaiah 6:10

All those faithful Christians who have stood firm in their trust in God’s protection and who called out to Him during that Day of worldwide devastation, Joel 3:32, Acts 2:21, will be saved and will be shown the way to the cleansed and regenerated holy Land. Psalms 107, Isaiah 35:1-10, Isaiah 66:18-21, Jeremiah 31:1-40, Ezekiel 36:8-38

Isaiah 28:7-8 These people also have lost their way and wander down strange paths, they are befuddled as with strong drink, they stumble in the Law. Both priests and prophets are incoherent, sickness and filth are everywhere. Isaiah 56:9-12

Today, all Israel, now the Christian peoples and Judah have gone astray, the rabbi’s and priests are incompetent and fail to teach all the truths as given to us in the Bible.


Isaiah 28:9-13 Who is there that can be taught, who makes sense of what they hear? People are like children, newly weaned, for the Word is precept upon precept, a little here, a little there. So now, with a foreign tongue, the Lord will address this people, a people that would not listen, a people to whom He once said: This is true rest, your place of repose. Therefore to them the Word has become meaningless, mere noise to them and they fall and are injured.

People today have difficulty clearly discerning the Prophetic Word. One day, with a foreign tongue, that is: not in Hebrew, the Lord will speak to His people: all who acknowledge Him and keep the Commandments. All the true Christians, who will pay heed, not like those peoples who did not listen and obey their God, so long ago. Zephaniah 3:9 Note: this happens AFTER Zephaniah 3:8, the terrible Day of wrath.

But those who do not make an effort to study the prophesies and understand the truth of God’s plan for our future, will be taken unawares and may experience some disadvantage.

There were successive waves of immigration into the British isles and Ireland. Most were of Israelite origin. Even the Normans.

Britain and the Middle East

In recent history, we learn of the Balfour Declaration that prepared the way for the establishment of the State of Israel and then Britain administered the mandated territory of Palestine until independence was declared in May 1948.

But what is not generally known is the British connections to that area in the BCE era and early CE. It was not uncommon for people from the Mediterranean area to visit Britain. Some Romans sent their children there for their education. There was an extensive mining industry for iron, copper, lead, tin, and silver, centered in Cornwall. Also fruit, grains and livestock were exported to Rome and elsewhere. This trading intercourse naturally resulted in family connections and documents held in the College of Arms and the British Museum confirm the relationship between the British Royal family and Jesus of Nazareth.

Ann, the mother of the Virgin Mary was British, she came from Cornwall, she married three times: by her first husband, Joachim, she had Mary, then with Cleopas she had James, Simon, Jude, and Joseph Barsaba. Her third husband, Salome; resulted in John and James the Apostles. Ann’s sister, Bianca married a Jacob, their son was Joseph: who married Mary, therefore they were cousins. Their daughter; Elizabeth was the mother of John the Baptist. Luke 1:57-80

To go back to the earlier history of Israel in Britain, their settlement occurred in many stages, starting soon after the Exodus from Egypt with some from the tribe of Dan going first to Ireland. After the Assyrian’s took the Northern tribes away, they made their way across Europe to the British Isles, in groups such as the Gauls, Celts, refugees from Tyre, Vikings, Angles, Saxons, Franks, etc. Their waymarks, dolmens are seen across Europe. Jeremiah 31:21

After the Babylonian conquest of Judah, Jeremiah went to Egypt, then to Ireland with his scribe, Baruch and the two daughters of King Zedekiah. Princess Tea Tephi a descendant of Perez, Ezekiel 17:22, married Herremon: of the Zerah line, the king of Hibernia. [Hebrews land] This union brought about the rejoining of the Perez and Zerah lines of the Royal House of Judah. Ann traces her ancestry back to them.

It seems quite probable that Jesus spent His earlier life in Britain, historical tradition actually has this view. His legal father may have died when Jesus was about 12, soon after the incident in the temple. Joseph of Aramathea was related to the holy family, he may have been Mary’s uncle and he was their kinsman protector. Because he had mining interests in Britain, with his base at Glastonbury, it is logical that they all moved there for safety. It becomes obvious that the holy family returned to Judea just before Jesus commenced His ministry, because He wasn’t known locally, as we see by the way He called His disciples and He had to pay the visitors tax. Matthew 17:24-27

The Apostles were told to be witnesses to the Gospel…to the uttermost parts of the world and to take it to the ‘lost sheep of Israel’. The British Isles was the farthest they could go to the North and West and that was where some of the Ten tribes had settled. Ephraim and Manasseh in Britain; [British= Hebrew: Covenant people] and Asher in Scotland. [Scotia, the other daughter of Zedikiah] There are many historical records that confirm Britain as being the first country to receive the Gospel. Christianity was introduced into Britain by Joseph of Aramathea circa 36-39AD, followed by Aristobulus; the first Bishop to the Britons, then by St Paul. In Romans Paul sends greetings to his friends and relations. Romans 16:7 & 21 mentions several kinsmen of Paul, we don’t know how they were related, but verse 13 says Rufus has the same mother as Paul – that is they were brothers or half-brothers. This Rufus Pudens was married to Princess Claudia, [who changed her name from Gladys] the daughter of Caractacus the British King. So Paul had highly placed contacts and was well received there.

This has had the result of the Christianisation of much of the Western world and the missionary efforts everywhere. All according to God’s Plan, and now we await the unfolding of the end time events, with all the great blessings He promises to His Christian peoples.

One thing for sure; all that happened regarding the settlement of Britain and from there, America and the Commonwealth nations, was all part of God's Plan. He knows where the House of Israel is. Amos 9:9

It is His secret, so we cannot make any definite conclusions about who is a true Israelite by descent. But we can know who is a true Israelite by faith., and when we go to live in all of the holy land, the majority will be actual descendants of Jacob and Gods promises to the Patriarchs will be fulfilled.

You are totally taking the words of Isiah 28: out of context You start off in verse one and then jump right to verse 14 without even a hint that you have done this Hack job on the chapter.

You conveniently left out this

[3] The proud crown of the drunkards of E'phraim will be trodden under foot; [4] and the fading flower of its glorious beauty, which is on the head of the rich valley, will be like a first-ripe fig before the summer:
when a man sees it, he eats it up as soon as it is in his hand.

The rich Valley IS LEBANON The Jews did not own or occupy Lebanon in the days of Jesus. The bit about Ephriam ends right here. They are trampled under foot.

When Isiah says this there are still two nation there is the House of Israel in the North modern Lebanon the head of the rich valley and the House of Judah in the South modern day Israel then called Judea.

Isaiah is a prophet to both the House of Judah and the House of Israel the two houses are prophesied about throughout this book.

The rest of the chapter is to the House of Judah Jesus even quotes this in the Gospels. It jumps forward To IN THAT DAY. it is not the same day as the destruction of Ephraim that happened in 715BC Ephraim was long gone by the destruction of the first temple let alone the second.

[5] In that day the LORD of hosts will be a crown of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the remnant of his people; [6] and a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment,

In fact it continues on about Judea all the way to

29:[17] Is it not yet a very little while until Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field,
and the fruitful field shall be regarded as a forest? [18] In that day the deaf shall hear
the words of a book, and out of their gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind shall see.

He then goes back and says that Lebanon meaning the House of Ephraim shall be turned into a fruitful field. The Jews house was left desolate Jesus brought his teachings to the house of Israel/ Ehpraim which at the Time Isaiah wrote this was in Lebanon.
