Getting my vaccine shot in a week. Wife and daughter have had there's, working in the care sector, so it's all progressing well.
Got my jab. Hurts a bit 24 hours later but nothing else.
My family always tend to react worse to these kind of things.
It is clear in the UK the cases are falling because of the vaccine, which really does mean things can return to normality.
Paranoia is always a dangerous thing. When people rush to things people get crushed.
Why oh why in the age of communication and the internet do some claim a well developed and tested vaccine could harm us. Back 2 centuries ago the small pox vaccine was dangerous and christian leaders still took the risk to show the risk was less than the illness.
I was told today Job lived before Noahs flood, and saw the dinosaurs, and that increased gravity caused us to have shorter lives after the flood. All these things are wrong, provably nonsense. But then if I am meant to respect what such people say, God help those who listen to them.
Equally there will always be people who doubt things and come with arguments, but you need to listen to their foundation and ask for evidence other than their opinion.
The vaccine works, fewer people are getting ill, fewer people are dying. Now that has to be a good thing, a really, really good thing.
God bless you
