Last time I tried to spoil myself, two neighbours of mine barged in while I was taking a bath.

I never screamed so hard in my life.

It was one, maybe two toes. Only one toe got it pretty bad, but thankfully I do not think it’s broken. It’s a tad bloody, but that’s as far as I’ll go so I don’t gross anyone out. I am thankful that it is not as bad as it could’ve been.

After several failed attempts my Ikea order finally went through. Many items are out of stock and sell out quickly. I still need a few items but the bulk were taken care of with a short delivery window. Now I can organize!

It’s a cool store, I’ve been 2 times. My family and I went the other day and got me a new bed and desk. They have interesting foods and drinks at their little market near the exit.

I stumbled on a book about anxiety while browsing new titles on Hoopla. It’s written for Christians. Here’s a synopsis:

I spent the day working on a bookcase only to realize a mistake at the end. I have to take it apart and move one piece. But there nothing left to do afterwards. I add the shelves and I’m done.

There was a bit of heavy lifting and we got rid of a few items. I get a little excited when I throw things away or downsize. One of the disciplines in my coaching program is beautifying our space. Adding the storage pieces accomplishes that goal.

I’m tackling a lot of tbd’s this month. The tasks you’ve been meaning to do but put on the back burner. I’ve noticed a divine reward for getting things done. The Lord often reveals a resource or unexpected blessing that aids me.

It will probably take a week to get everything together. I’m treating myself when I finish. I’ll need a massage and some pampering. School, home projects, and my daughter’s birthday have kept me busy.

Always works for me after a rough string of days at work.

Mint makes my stomach a bit queezy. It always has. I like the taste, but I always end up feeling kind of nauseous. Strange.

I think something might be wrong. Feeling very strange all of a sudden. It is difficult to describe the symptoms, somehow. Please pray for me.

True. I have to pace myself. I don’t want to hurt my back. The massage will help to relax the muscles. I’ll definitely need it!

I drank more coffee than I'm used to this morning and I feel a bit jittery...ha ha.

It'll wear off when I get to working and exercising.
