We also have to limit food varieties, limit meal size, take small bites, chew thoroughly, in a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of moving parts to health regarding food. Even 'fast food' can be nourishing if these rules are followed.

I second this. I just received my first dose of the vaccine yesterday. I have seen young, healthy athletes with no underlying medical problems suffer severe hypoxia from this virus. The percentages of those affected severely may be low, but with a large number infected, those actual numbers are high. I am getting older, somewhat obese, and have some reactive airway disease, and health care workers are 7-9 times more likely to be infected and get a severe disease from it (likely due to higher viral loads). I got right in line when the vaccine was offered. I don’t want to get really sick and/or die leaving my family to struggle, nor do I want to get mildly ill and have to take minimum of 2 weeks off work (unpaid), nor do I wish to unknowingly infect my coworkers or patients if I contract it and turn out to be an asymptomatic carrier. I don’t react well to vaccines in general (and so far don’t feel great today), but it seems worth the risks.

The problem I have with these conspiracy theory vaccine delusions is this. the bible says that people will freely accept the mark of the beat. Doing it by deceipt is not freely accepting it. then there is the issue of people with mental health issues and such like. I have met several people who I would consider to be special educational needs who are Christian. If they are told to have the vaccine and accept it that would mean they have acccepted the mark of the beast and are not part of Gods elect so would be set for judgement. Do you really believe that God would do that? That He would eternally punish people of impaired mental ability?

First of all, the vaccine is NOT the mark of the beast for God's sake. Second, no, God doesn't work like that.

There are treatments for Covid so even if you don't get vaccinated but come down with it you will be fine going forward. Ivermectin has recently been shown to be quite effective. Giving a steroidal shot coupled with these various treatments work. At this point you only will hear about vaccines as the pharmaceutical companies and government need to recoup the money they have invested in it.
