Umm, no, that makes less sense. The entire staff of Walter Reed literally works for the president. There are only four or five boxes on the wire diagram between the chief of his medical team and him. His condition is a matter of national security for which they have no authority either to confirm or deny, except to the extent the president allows them. It's not a conspiracy, it's the law.

I am kind of a Johnson fan, and after Covid, he and several other people who have experienced it, including our President, have looked noticeably convalescent; in Johnson’s case, his hair seemed to fuzz out in a more languid manner than usual and there were the kind of ringed eyes one associates with sleep deprivation. I look the same way after a cold. Now, Johnson always has a mop-top look which I personally like, but usually its a bit stiffer.
