I think you left out three important ones;
Eve; First covenant with satan against God

Judas: Second Covenant with satan against Christ

Anti-Christ: Last Covenant with satan against the Church

And luthers coven with Satan against the truth!

but that’s another subject called the “great conspiracy” or the “great rebellion”!

began with the fall of Lucifer and his angels and continues to this very day!

constantly rebelling against God and all things ordained by God!

Progression of the Covenants!
Adam:
(Marriage covenant)
Noah:
(Family covenant)
Abraham:
(Tribal covenant)
Moses:
(National covenant)
Jesus Christ:
(Universal covenant)
Not sure how these covenants address the OP.
"The Church" is catholic but that does not mean the organization with a Pope in Rome at it's head.
"Catholic" derives from the Greek phrase καθ ολης pr. katholos, which means "according to/concerning the whole" This phrase occurs in the following verses.
Luke 4:14 Luke 8:39 Luke 23:5 Acts of the Apostles 9:31 Acts of the Apostles 9:42 Acts of the Apostles 10:37

So what you're asking is; does the church have to be for everybody - since you've correctly identified that this is what "Catholic" means.
Yes, it should be; God loves, and Jesus died for, everyone, and the church is not at liberty to say "you're not welcome here."

I don't know why you asked this question and began talking about covenants though.

There is only one true Church!

Jn 10:16

Christ continues His ministry thru Peter the apostles and their successors with the same mission, power, and authority!

Mt 16:18 Mt 28:19 Acts 1 Jn 8:32 Jn 16:13 Jn 20:21-22 eph 2:20
There are no " successors " to the Apostles. There are no successors after John dies on Patmos.

Got Scripture ?

Apostolic Succession!

Mosaic covenant pre-figures apostolic succession with the successors of Moses, sitting in the chair (Greek cathedral) of Moses and Jesus Christ requires obedience of them.

(Mt 23) they had the keys of the kingdom and power to bind and loose!

This power and authority are given to Peter and the apostles and their successors in matt 16:18 and Matt 28:19 the great commission cannot be accomplished by the apostles alone, hence the need for their successors to continue to teach all nations, and baptize the disciples! Jn 4:1 Jesus requires obedience to Peter, the apostles and their successors who have the keys and the power to bind and loose!

Matthias replaces Judas. Acts 1 who had the ministry of apostle!

Jesus is an apostle, the apostles are already in succession to Him, they in turn would have successors. (Heb 3:11 acts 1)

Care for our souls

(Acts 20:28 Jn 21:17 Heb 13:17)

Keys of the kingdom

(Is 22 Mt 16:18)

Peter the prince and first (Mt 10:2) is appointed head of the church on earth by Jesus Christ to hold His office of apostle, to teach, govern the church, and sanctify the people! Christ is the only savior but He founded a church on Peter, the apostles, and their successors, he saves thru the church! Acts 2:47

The bride or body of Christ visible and invisible material and spiritual!

Or only spiritual and invisible?
Only spiritual and invisible or a nebulous collection of believers is a condemned heresy!

The church = all believers.
All who know God as Father, Jesus as Lord and Saviour and are filled with the Spirit who confirms that we are God's children.

Ez 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

(Outside the ark and the church there is no salvation!)

Peter the prince and first (Mt 10:2) is appointed head of the church on earth by Jesus Christ to hold His office of apostle, to teach, govern the church, and sanctify the people!

No, Peter the former fisherman, one of the 12 and the one who denied Christ was told to feed his sheep. That was Jesus restoring Peter so he was sent out with the other 11.
He was not the head of the church in Jerusalem; James was, Acts of the Apostles 12:17; Acts of the Apostles 15:13-21.

Christ is the only savior but He founded a church on Peter,

No, he founded his church on the Rock.
In the OT it is clear that God is the rock, Deuteronomy 32:4, Psalms 18:2, Psalms 18:31, Psalms 19:14, Psalms 31:2-3.
In the NT Jesus referred to himself as the stone which the builders rejected and which had become to cornerstone. Paul said that if anyone built their house on any foundation other than Christ, their work would be destroyed, 1 Corinthian 3:11-13.
The Rock on which the church is built is Jesus; the only Saviour and the Christ, the Son of the living God, which is what Peter declared about him.

he saves thru the church! Acts 2:47

He saves through his Son.
A person can come to Jesus, be born again and die before they can attend a church - they are still saved.
