Men's hairstyles I'm totally into:

I prefer doing it myself. It's about $200 a go when i get it professionally dyed and about $5 when i do it myself. Sure, it looks better when a professional does it, but the cost isn't worth it for me except on special occassions. For those of you who get your hair dyed, do you do it yourself? Or do you get a friend/someone else to do it for you? Or do you get a salon to do it? Which do you prefer if you've done all of the above?
In this quarantine it's been a mess. Just up in a bun most of the time.
The other day I fixed myself up for the first time in a few weeks. I looked like a little kid getting her first makeup kit. But I had no idea what to do with my hair once I took it down. lol it was a strange moment. My dog says I did a good job.
I have to say I have been struggling with a cowlick ever since I got my hair last cut a few months ago. Even right out of a shower it will still stubbornly stick up. One down side to having thick hair. Even worse when my hair is shorter. Very hard to manage.
I have thick hair too, and every once in awhile in the front I'll have a cowlick, lol. It use to be really bad when I tried bangs (never again.).
I get it from the side. Embarrassing, because despite loading it with gel and whatnot the first few weeks after I got that haircut I had to go to work with that sticking out. Looking like I can't even groom my hair properly, lol.
Guys go out with their hair like that on purpose, or worse and ladies seem to be okay with it.
I saw a guy with a buzzcut on one side and fluffy curly hair on the other side. On purpose.
Depends on the work environment I guess, lol.
When I was younger I cared less about how my hair looked, but as I get older I more and more obsessed with keeping it decent looking. Given how thick it is and often looks like a brick I have to keep it uniformed. I go for the parted look. I don't really like a hair out of place. Especially with my hairstyle a cowlick really sticks out like a sore thumb.
I gave myself a haircut several weeks ago. I was annoyed by split ends for a while and was considering trying to go to a haircut place for the first time instead of having my mom trim it for me. But going to a hair place isn't an option anymore so I cut it myself. It turned out good.
