So who am I to be thinking about someone's nose? I mean, I should be

As soon as you start thinking about thinking about the nose, you start to engage with the thoughts. It would be better to say the Jesus Prayer and just ignore the thoughts. They will fly in and fly away as long as we don't give them a place to land...
