It still said: "What are you talking about, now?" so I answered it.
I think you are having a conversation with yourself and in your confusion, you expect me to follow along.

How can I respond to you if you do not even read my responses?
You said: "Oh so you get from that verse Christ never died on the Cross? That His Sacrifice never happened?"

To which I responded: "I don't know where you come up with such weird statements."

Where did that come from? Are you trying to put words in my mouth that are outlandish as if they are true? That is a ridiculous connotation.

Try to keep up.
Why should I want the confusion you seem to have?

Now Mormons want to dazzle them with their confusion to evidently get to them to agree with their own confusion.

Really do not want to follow what point you are trying to make here. 2 different post to you and you want to respond to one as if it were the other.

And yet you are offering no proof that you DO understand the Cross.

You are basically telling everyone "if you want to get confused and avoid the real issue here which is about the Cross--- join the Mormon Church."

I did not say anything even resembling your statements that : "Oh so you get from that verse Christ never died on the Cross? That His Sacrifice never happened?"

Of course Jesus Christ died on the cross and He did sacrifice Himself for His friends. He said:
(New Testament | John 15:12 - 14)

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

And you forget about another which is:

Mark 10:21
Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.”

Mormons seem to want other Chruches to take up that [descriptive] Cross and follow Him and then pretend their Church is Christian.

So you still have proved nothing.

Now that is confusing.

Of course it is --to only you and maybe some Mormon who want to chime in and just agree with you.

Oh so you get from that verse Christ never died on the Cross? That His Sacrifice never happened?---what Jameone5 originally posted

You seem to avoid answering about the verse in question and just go to more garbage about me. You will never win any battles by shooting the messenger.

Obviously you cannot and will not defend your beliefs.

You are basically telling everyone "if you want to get confused and avoid the real issues, and right here, the issue in question is about the Cross--- join the Mormon Church."

Add here that "we Mormons only read the Bible in what we want it to say--not what it does say".

I did not forget about it, in fact I defend that scripture. This year's manual is called Come Follow Me:

Book of Mormon 2020 Come Follow Me: For Individuals and Families

I know that He, Jesus Christ, is the way.

Basically I am warning people that they need to keep the commandments:

(New Testament | John 15:12 - 14)

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

(New Testament | Matthew 5:19)

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

The me is Jesus Christ. He teaches us through the scriptures.

But yet put out by the Mormon Church which you all say "I know to be the One True Chruch"

FYI ---You neglected to capitalize me in this latest post--at least your church does. A sign of repect for the Savior of the world.

Or maybe the "me" is Joseph Smith. Take your pick.

The me does not need to be capitalized:

(New Testament | Luke 18:22)

22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

If you what to really find out what Mormons believe look at how ther revere their Prophet versus Christ:

"With the help of Oliver Cowdery, the Prophet prepared the second (1837) edition. ---He is the Way

Versus:

The me is Jesus Christ.---He is the Way

Of course they do not understand the Cross---it was just a me up there two thousand years ago.

And yet your false prophet is a Prophet, while Jesus Christ is just a me.

you said so yourself.
As I have shown, me does not need to be capitalized. That in no was diminishes the importance of Jesus Christ and His prophets. We believe in the importance of coming unto Christ, and loving Him by keeping His commandments. Why don't Christians here emphasize the keeping of the commandments?:

(Old Testament | Ecclesiastes 12:13 - 14)

13 ¶ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

You are really try to get out of what you originally said.

The me is Jesus Christ.---He is the Way

and then

"With the help of Oliver Cowdery, the Prophet prepared the second (1837) edition. ---He is the Way

No wonder you do not understand the Cross, you diminish it's importance and then tell us Jesus Who died on it was just a me

That me could be referring to anybody except Joseph Smith who claimed he was a Prophet.
