Trump calls for Adam Schiff's Impeachment

Praying that God Himself intervenes as only He can, along with the millions who are praying in this country and praying the world over, to shine His Truth and His Light into the darkest of places, piercing that darkness, and shattering it, and scattering all that hide in that darkness, in the name of Jesus, amen.

COTUS: Article II, Section 4, says that the President, Vice President, and "all civil Officers of the United States"—which includes judges—can be impeached. Members of Congress can be expelled by their own respective body. (See Article I, Section 5, Clause 2.)

Schiff cannot be impeached.

I am as positive that the House won't expel Schiff as I am that the Senate won't remove Trump.

That's a strange way to react. I suggest we get our self esteem from our own actions rather than from the actions of others. The world contains many thoughtless dim witted people and many who act in ways that show they are not considerate of others . Why would you allow this one particular one have such a strong hold upon your self image?

Many assign self esteem to leaders we admire, grasping after the wind. Unfortunately, Trump is one of those "many thoughtless din witted people", who, unfortunately for all of us, is our President.

Oh, no. My self esteem is just fine. I feel great about myself. My country, not so much but then, I don’t tie my self image to my country.

Still, I wish the rest of y’all could do better than this. I used to have higher hopes for us but not anymore.

Another tantrum by Trump, not backing it up with evidence. I wonder which news outlet he heard that one from.

As I have never admired a political office holder or leader I guess I just don't get it. My country is no less wonderful because a person holding political office is unsavory in some ways. I never felt personally embarrassed because of Donald Trump or Bill Clinton or Barack Obama even though I think they all have less than sterling character traits and should themselves be embarrassed by some of the things they have said and done. I save being personally being embarrassed for my own less than sterling character traits and for the things I have said and done to publicly expose them .
