I haven't found a Ukraine donation. I did see the 8.6 m from a private family foundation mentioned in the OP article.

As I'm sure you are aware, many countries have donated millions such as, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Saudi Arabia, The Netherlands, etc.

Who is the they you're claiming is doing the bashing? You set this thread up to try to bash the Clinton Foundation, apparently not realizing how you were setting the table to compare that charity to Trump's corrupt now defunct by force foundation.
