95% of pain and misery is due to stress.
Knowing this has stopped pain.

Or it's all the garbage people are eating.

The water is full of toxins: fluoride, meds, heavy metals
The food is full of toxins.

Even people that try to eat organically. The food wrap is plastics, full of BPA (don't be fooled by BPA free marketing scam).

  • Your thread title, "World healthcare is soon to collapse", doesn't appear to be supported by your post or either of your links.
  • I can see nothing in either link supporting your statement that "95% of pain and misery is due to stress".
  • I'm not sure about the veracity of your first link but your second link https://ilovemarketing.com/permanent-healing-understanding-the-myths-lies- is of dubious value and appears to be about pain, alternative medicine and health marketing, but not stress.

Health, finances (including work) and relationships are the biggest sources of stress for most.

This is true. My stress level went way down after my wife left me (although I did have some anger).

I should have said "disrupted".
Stress and repressed events are the leading cause of pain.
Dr. John Sarno documented this and follow up research has
confirmed his findings. A large number of influential people
are following up on this problem with western medicine.

In many cases spinal, foot/neck/shoulder/ or other pain goes away as well.

MAD Magazine shutting down magazine rack sales shows where we have gone as a people. There was a time....

....when people understood that Chinese medicine has a place in healthcare.

Well, there's nothing new about stress, and stress for Americans is certainly not worse now than it ever has been before.

Somehow, we're not living lives that balance out stress the way we used to.

Pretty much yes. You might be surprised to find that ordering your own work schedule on the farm is less stress than living in New York City.

And with changes to the economy, your competition for work has moved from your family and neighbors, to the entire globe looking to do your job.

Do you mean that "World healthcare is soon to be disrupted"? If this is what you meant, your post and links still provide nothing to support this.

I assume "this" means your quote that "95% of pain and misery is caused by stress". Do you have a link supporting this? I've never heard of Dr John Sarno.

This has nothing to do with your post/topic as I understand it.

My stress is nil now.

The most pressing issue for me are the cherries waiting to be canned and my ongoing decluttering project. I keep stress at bay by avoiding drama, keeping my mind clear of nonsense, and seeing offense for what it is.

I suspect this is a First World problem.

In the First World, stress is the cause of pain. In the Third World, pain is the cause of stress.
