First of all, I am so sorry to hear about your relationship. My heart goes out to you. You are so good to run to the Lord for your strength. After all, He is the true source of our comfort. Right!

I pray that you are linked with other strong Christians within your community, that you find the purpose that God has for your life, that you feel the love and happiness that never fails us, and that your love for Jesus grows stronger and stronger every day. Amen!

Have you started reading your Bible? That really helps me a lot. I read it every day; a chapter from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. I also discovered how the Monks read the scriptures. They read it through silently the first time, then read it out loud a second time, the third time they identify certain things that stand out that they have read. Then, think about what it means and what it is telling you. It makes reading the Bible so much more personal and I really get more out of the passages when I read over them a few times.
