Ironically estrogen is the source of many problems along with testosterone. Both hormones alter the mental state and decisions made.

Women often have more subtle ways to produce the same results. Since roe v wade something like 60 million babies have been aborted, how many men were involved I do not know, but the woman carries the child and ultimately walks into the clinic and carries through with what can only be described as legalized murder. I would ask why we make abortion so readily available in our nation, when considering the numbers the legalization of it is so frequently abused. Contrary to what your post suggests, one sex is not superior to another, both have been found to have murder in the heart. I only used abortion as an obvious example, but there are plenty of cases where women have hired a male assassin to do their dirty work, motivations might include collecting life insurance, and the hired hitman might be a "boyfriend". There are so many crimes committed every day by both sexes and only a handful make the news.

Women indeed do lie more and at a very high frequency as compared to men. I don't understand why you don't think this is true.

No, I said both men and women lie. That isn’t what we are discussing in this thread.

Amish people don't murder because... it's their religion! God tells them to not do it! People today are much more carnal and the rebellion against God and all moral authority is what got us into this situation. There is no fix except a revival.

Now you have finally said something that contributes to the discussion—we need a revival to end mass shootings by men. Thank you.

We are discussing mass shootings, why men commit them and what we can do to stop them. We are not discussing abortion.

My point is, the sinful behaviors of each gender is gender-specific as a rule. When morals go wrong, men start murdering each other and women do their own thing. You really know how to be a difficult person to talk to.

Everyone. This thread is about mass shootings, the vast majority of which are committed by men. Why is this happening, how do we stop it.

We are not talking about women lying. We are not talking about abortion. Please stay on point and start your own threads if you want to discuss those topics.

Again, we are talking about mass shootings. These were not common before the past 25-30 years ago.

In all the instances I have read anything about (Seung-Hui Cho - Wikipedia, Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting - Wikipedia, Columbine High School massacre - Wikipedia, among others), the perpetrators had several emotional problems with no outlet but fantasies of killing people - and in the end, the fantasies weren't enough.

Most commonly, nihilism is presented in the form of existential nihilism, which argues that life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value." (Nihilism - Wikipedia) These perpetrators aren't making a statement about a philosophical stance.

Registration for gun permits need to be more in depth, covering any mental health issues as well as no crime record. I also believe concealed weapon training and licensing should be good across state lines.

I’m not after arguments. I’m after an explanation of why men do this and what do we do about it. I disagreed with your statement that David did it because David killed men with whom his nation was a war, a totally different situation. I disagreed with your statement that women lie because that isn’t what we are discussing—it doesn’t explain why in the past 25-30 years we have seen an increase in mass shootings by men.

Your thread title is "why are most shooters men", the rest of the op is a narrative designed to feed into hate for men and secondly weaponized against the 2nd amendment ultimately. I used abortion to debunk your one sided attack on men, but also mentioned other examples. I am perfectly aware abortion is not the main topic, but when you claim most shooters are men, you're also claiming at the same time most murderers are men. Mass shootings is not your topic, the gender of shooters is.
