An interesting verse I noticed recently
Psalm 68:17 KJV
The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place."
the word "chariots" in Hebrew is "rekeb", meaning "a vehicle".
I find it interesting the expression the "chariots of God and and the thousands of angels connected to them. What are these "Vehicles" and why do angels need them? Maybe when they come into our realm they use them, not sure.
any comments
also I remember this verse
"And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven."( 2 Kings 2:11 KJV)
and this verse about these chariots of fire again
2 Kings 6:16,17 KJV
"16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha."
