Why God raise up evil people to discipline us because He wants to refine us. At the end of the age the one that is most accused is God during and after judgement. If we don’t understand we will be offended. That is when God needs a friend, to speak and explain to cause people to understand so that we will pray.
Why God will judge and shake nation?
So that they will turn to the desire of all nation. God will give them no choice, no nation will hold on to anything. When we pray we pray for God that in wrath, remember mercy.
Revelation 19:1
The great judgement on the city of Babylon. God curse the city that no one would live in the city anymore. Agreement means prayer, prayer means agreement.
Revelation 19:3
They agree with God forever not just for a season.
2.give us the clearest principal that God would raise up evil nation
Read together Joel, Zephaniah and Habakkuk to know more about Babylonian invasion
3.the need for the voice of God to make sense of what is happening
The why, how and what?
If God is the God of love, why does He allow suffering?
Habakkuk 1:2-3
Habakkuk ask God to discipline the nation of Israel. God told Habakkuk that he will be shocked.
Verse 6
God says He will raised up the Chaldeans. Habakkuk is shocked. Same as many of us, we have no understanding
Verse 13
Habakkuk ask why. Habakkuk saying nation of Israel is not that bad but why does God raise up someone far bad. We need to understand, have clarity.
What can the people of God do to stop, minimise the judgement of God. Conviction is based on what you believe in what God say, so that when shaking come, we can stand. We need to know with clarity and certainty.
What do we say before and during the judgement of God.
Isaiah 26:9
If we have understanding, in judgement we will learn about the righteousness of God. The person most accuse before and after judgement is God.
How then shall we live?
There is a requirement for us to respond.
