I'm a former Christian who is now Muslim, how should I tell my parents?

Please understand why Islam is like the way it is remember Islam was born out from works or better said self effort where on the other hand Isaac was born from promise. Now we have today two great nations Christian faith and Muslim faith both are from the loins of Abraham. Now those born of the Law persecutive those born by promise even as it is now today. The guy has daddy issues.
The guy was rebelling against daddy by becoming the thing that he assumed daddy would hate the most. Anyone who would have read the OP would have noticed that.
Pretty safe assumption that if you hit somebody in the nose they are going to bleed. Pretty safe assumption that if he hits his daddy where it hurts the most by becoming the one thing that daddy cannot stand, daddy is going to be heart broken.
So yes, we can assume, go with the probabilities of what a hit in the nose is going to result in, and stuff like that.

It is always a good idea to listen to what people are actually saying, and using a little common sense of where it all leads.
Maybe we can't assume, for example, that a man telling his wife he is cheating on him will be breaking her heart, but.....

It doesn't "help" as it implies that though they know THE GOSPEL and the better PROMISES, they rejected them
Are you instructing those who have heard THE GOSPEL "helping" them to stay apart from THE ONE who is THE WAY, or are you mentioning those who have never heard THE GOSPEL?
In any case, as it is written, THIS GOSPEL will be preached to the ends of the earth and then will the end come
No one will be able to say they did not hear THE GOSPEL. And those who did, but rejected THE TRUTH and had not a love of THE TRUTH, won't get another chance to hear in order to believe because when HE lets go, HE lets go
And as you know, according to 2 Thessalonians 2...a strong delusion will come upon those who did not have a love of THE TRUTH won't be able to believe ,

No I'm not instructing anyone away from Jesus not at all niether am i going to convert every non Christian I see on here. However I enjoy neutral conversations with other religions and respecting them as human beings genuinely wanting to know them and just maybe this might give me an opportunity for me to share the gospel when it feels right and that's just by respecting other people's space and beliefs. You know the hardest part of the brain is to effective deal with disbelief within a persons belief system and only the Christ can remove the veil that covers the heart. These are my thoughts how I see and approach people sometimes other times I like to laugh and joke but all is well

Yes, we tried to save him from Hell, which is what we are supposed to do.
Muslims will NOT enter the kingdom of Heaven and we shouldn't lie to them and tell them they will.
Jesus said "Nobody comes to the father but by me." Following the marauding thug Mohammed will only get you where Mohammed went. It's not our job to smile and wave at people as they pass by on their way to hell. It's our job to try and alert them that they are on the wrong path.

Exactly and well said miknik5 .. God made one faith covenant with Abraham fulfilled with Jesus (God himself) .. There's no other WAY .. Nothing else will ever mix in or make another way ..

Actually, it does not. You are trying to give legitimacy to something that has none.

and bring him back to the fold notice who's going to bring him back? not you not me but God God started a work in his life He's faithful to complete it so don't panic or worry relax God promises not to loose any, Jesus says those whom the Father has given me to all eternity they shall never by any means be destroyed.
Im fairly new on here and Iv ran into some deep Christians Greek speaking Islam quoting all sorts but this is me.

What other way did I mention here? obviously your assuming Iv said Islam is the other way to the Father when Jesus says there's no way to the father except through me period! What I'm thinking you've interpreted how I explained how the Muslim religion is traced back to Ishmael now you automatically assumed I was promoting two "WAYS" to the father well you've got that all wrong! I explained how Law and grace was born! The Law is working to get to heaven while grace is receiving Jesus' invitation to spend all eternity in heaven.
Now for the deep Christian so now do you know why Muslims persecute Christians?
