Thing is, as you know, I've been active in caring for widows and orphans. I'm always interested in knowing how others do the same. Particularly those who belong to a denomination of one.

That's OK if this is another biblical practice you don't practice.

Wrong again! I said you were a one man denomination. You've alluded to the same before yourself. If you were a one man religion you would have to be something other than a Christian. Christianity is a religion. You are a one man denomination within the Christian religion.

I didn't realise a denomination was the basis for caring for others. Were they given express rights to do what individuals do consistently every day, believer or not, especially without 'bragging'.

A Christian regardless of denomination or not is a partaker of Gods grace, and is one in the Body of Christ.

A suggestion might be to focus more on loving one another, than heaping on insults to a person who is trying to pursue that.

I hear your plea in the thread topic. " that they may be one as you and I are one".
Jesus prayer will be answered sometime.
These forums are a church for many people, (christians, we hope)
You may attend at anytime of day or night, and pour out your feelings to others in these varius forum congregations.
Some will lash out and others will encourage. It all depends on their faith walk.
Carry on, keep the faith, Jesus is coming soon.
