It would depend on the terms and conditions and benefits . It would also depend on how easily it could be removed . If it gets rid of physical money ( no more than rocks and pieces of wood ) , I am all for it .

Chips are still a known cause of cancer in animals. So, no I wouldn't get any chips as long as it's a willful choice.

However, bionic implants would be really cool.

I would not allow anything physically invasive to be done to me. Period.

But since I no longer buy the 19th century Darby dispensationalism view of the end time, I am not as concerned as dispensationalists are about a future “mark of the beast.” Non-dispensational Bible scholars identify the numerical mark of the beast (666) with the contemporary Emperor Nero, not some futuristic antichrist. That makes more sense to me than the sensational stuff Lindsey, LaHaye, and Hagee, are telling us.

I think there will be a chip eventually. It might be convenient and
even a crime deterrant at first, but in the end, it becomes all about power and

I suspect you are the victim of some new variant urban myth, jb. This information is best described as tosh. Not your fault, but it simply isn't true that microchips can be put into vaccines, or that they ever would be. It is part of the hysteria against the new health care legislation, and not particularly convincing.

Think about it. If the Saudis - or anyone else - were to get close enough to terrorists to microchip them, surely a bullet would be cheaper? Alternatively biological warfare, such as bubonic plague - far more effective.

If someone invents a chip that aids in our memories I will be first in line.
