I'm thinking the judge is provoking too.
My question to the judge:
She dressed provokative, does that mean she wanted to
be forced to have sex?(it doesn't specify, did the child do this willingly? I assume she didn't)
And did she have the choice of who she had sex with?
I don't see that a 10 yr old knows what she wants.
A child isn't protected just because she "has been in the system?" She isn't protectd because she dresses older then she is?
If a person walks down a dark alley, with $100 bills hanging out of their pockets, and gets robbed, was there not a crime comitted?

This man's behavior was criminal, and he should have received a far more severe punishment.
I was, however, struck by this:
I don't think it amounts to blaming the victim to suggest that this kind of behavior was outrageously inappropriate. It's a shame nobody pulled this child aside and tried to discipline her.
It appears she was a ward of the state...wasn't there someone to look after her?

How incredibly stupid. So she looked 16. 16 is still underage, so there goes any possible excuse for him not knowing.

I agree this is an outrage.'
So also is video taping the rape act and selling it or just passing it around to other pedaphiles. Imagine the harm to society.
We are right to have laws to protect society from both the sex act and from videos and pictures of actual child rape.

Would this be a tank top? a string bikini top? or what?
And what does it matter that she wore:
The crime was already being commited before he knew what underwear she was wearing.
As far as her clothes, except for the make up, I don't see this girl(from the description) that it is any worse then any other typical girls clothes.
BUt adults are suppose to know better.
I can't tell if this was a violent rape, or a statutory rape. His sentence should be longer, either way.

Window cleaner Keith Fenn, 24, could have been jailed for life after twice attacking the girl in a riverside park.
This is what makes me sick. He attacks a ten year old girl twice and this is all the punishment that twisted judge could give him.

If she looked 60, so what. She was forced to have sex, RAPED! The judge is an idiot and sahould lose his postion.

What is the age of consent in England? Dont you think the judge should know? Here in the US its 16 in most states. [Click Here] It use to be 13 at one point in AR.

A ten year old girl was outside in a frilly bra and thong and you don't think this is any worse than "a typical girl's clothes? No "typical" 10 year old child should be walking around in a frilly bra and thong.

The Bible exhorts Christian women to dress modestly. I suspect the parents are not Christians.
That aside, I would like to see the criminal penalty for child rape be capital punishment. That is what the Bible requires for many sex crimes and perversions.
I think the same penalty should attach to selling or distributing actual videos of child rape for the "pleasure" of perverts. Ditto for certain other inappropriate contentography involving innocent children.
Did you know that NAMBLA wanted the age of consent lowered to SIX! And the ACLU defends them.
