Only $10,000 bail, I think it should be higher when dealing with a criminal of this nature.

In defense of Tom, kind of, he's just sadly doing what I'm sure half the politicans do in Washington. While there's a whole laundry list of politicans tied to Abramhoff, incuding Christian coalition poster boy Ralph Reed, it's just funny that there is just one political law in Texas regarding money, and it appears Tom managed to break it.

It appears that Christmas came on October 19 this year -- and joyous times call for a celebration!

Where are all the republican apologizers claiming this is politically motivated and that Delay has done nothing wrong (I know he's innocent until proven guilty, but prosecuters usually don't arrest unless they have sufficient evidence)?

i find it histarical that not one elephant icon has replied to this thread. and democrates rembemer , it wasnt too long ago that Gary Condit was forced out for his dealings with shandra levy. and that [size=-1]US Representative James A. Traficant[/size] was convicted a few years back.

which is why i think all of congress should be investagated for criminal conduct.

A warrant is just obsurd. Its not like he's going to flee or anything. His court date is already set... Guilty or not, I'm sure this will be an ordeal either way through the media.
