    Hey Aaron - its Matt your old debate partner. I agree, God is love, but God cannot be in the presence of sin. Just because we sin doesn't mean God doesn't love us. I do agree the Bible teaches baptism is a necessary step for us to receive forgiveness of our sins(Acts 2:38) and many others...
