They didn’t just resist arrest—they turned a major city into a war zone, blocking roads, burning vehicles, and terrorizing civilians until the government surrendered and released him. The message wasn’t only for Mexico. It was for Washington too: interfere with us, extradite us, or touch our leadership—and we’ll bring chaos to your doorstep.

One could argue the Culiacan event was an act of intimidation toward the Mexican government, but not the U.S. The fact is, the cartels have historically avoided direct conflicts with the U.S. government.

I disagree. You're equating Americans dying from illegal drugs with deployment of nuclear or biological or chemical weapons. I simply can't accept that equation.

Nope, just drug smugglers. No plans for anything else. You would be surprised how effective landing ships and aircraft carriers are against small boats and semi submersible. We will finally win the war on drugs that Clinton, Obama, and Biden failed miserably on.
