As a young boy I used to watch In Search Of with my father. It instilled an early fascination with "the unknown". About the time I was becoming an adult, stories of UFO's and aliens reached a fever pitch in the late 80's and into the 90's, with people like Whitley Strieber and Bob Lazar. Eyewitnesses came out of the woodwork, claiming to have seen things at Area 51 and at Roswell. I spent a lot of time reading every tidbit I could get my hands on the subject. I even owned many of the books. I soaked it all up like a sponge.

Aliens still haven't landed on the Whitehouse lawn. We still have no real irrefutable proof. It always remains elusive, just out of our reach. Sure, we have videos, but what do videos prove if they can be faked?

So here's my thinking, after having believed it most of my life. It is a clever deception designed by Satan to divert people away from God.

Scripture says that Satan is transformed into an angel of light. Is Paul pointing to a future deception?

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.​

Many think Satan's end time deception will be a Project Blue Beam scenario that brings in a New World Order, or the antichrist, leading up to the second coming. Some think that Satan will fake the second coming, playing the role of Jesus himself, and that aliens will not be involved.

I do not believe in aliens, nor will I believe in Satan disguised as Jesus if he appears on the earth as an angel of light.

We have detailed descriptions of the events to take place. Jesus is coming in the clouds and every eye will see Him. The sky will roll away like a scroll. There will be a great earthquake and mountains and islands will be moved. There will be massive sized hail.

If a being appears in any other way as an angel of light, and claims to be Jesus, just as He warned in Matthew 24, then do not believe it, and do not go to see him.

Getting back to the subject of UFO's and aliens... I do believe there are created beings on other worlds, but I think it's evident that God is not allowing us to interact with them due to our sinful state; and they are not allowed to interact with us. Surely, if God created other beings, and if they have not fallen, they would be kept safe. God's unfallen created beings would not be abducting people and doing experiments on them. They wouldn't be flying to earth to watch us; the angels do that invisibly. There is literally no reason for any of God's unfallen creation to visit our world until sin is dealt with.

I don’t want to go there, but I just think it’s demons, fast moving lights. I ve other pictures but don’t know. If the world moves out to space it will make Christ irrelevant, and that’s what the want- to disprove Him. But I think it will end before that happens.

Just wondering if what we call aliens today were called fairies in the past, as if Demonic beings were messing around and fooling with humans for long time, and appear to us based upon the level of tech and mindset that we have at that time

If nothing else, it can tie up people's attention . . . with believing it, proving it, or spending a lot of time trying to disprove it.

And where our attention belongs is an issue. Attention away from God can keep people away from God.

I suppose that can be just light effects. And it can be other things . . . so that it's not always the same phenomenon. There might be real stuff and fake stuff, for all I know, and misunderstood stuff that people are not trying to use to get attention and so they won't explain it to us.

I have seen just a few recordings of ones claiming to have been involved with aliens, and the people seemed somehow not right . . . kind of dead and flat and not emotional. Of course, ones might argue that aliens subjected them to treatment that deadened their personalities. But sin can do this.

And there can be a lot of money in books and other things about this. Money can be a motive, for whatever.

Yeah, well . . . if people move into space, this for me has nothing to do with if Jesus is real or not. It only would mean human ambition got a little action in outer space. It certainly would not "disprove Him". Ones might want us to suppose it does, though. But others do not decide how I interpret what they have, even if the information is correct: how to interpret it is not for them to *dictate".

Ones might produce some fake thing and/or report some real thing, in order to see how people are capable of reacting to it; then use it to get the effect that they want.

We can test what God has us to do, including **test where He guides our attention**. I think of this > if there are "real" outsider UFOs, this does not change what is true, in God's word. And if they are not making an obvious effort to interact with us, but only are doing obscure things . . . it could be none of my business
